Eva Mendes (born in New York City) is an American actress and model. Her talent was noticed by an agent and encouraged her to join the business of entertainment. The university she attended dropped her after much deliberation to make a move into entertainment. In the movie Children of the Corn V Fields of Terror she debuted and was disappointed with her performance. The skills she developed in acting were sharpened by appearing in low budget films. This actor's path was difficult however she was successful thanks to her strength of character and determination. In the movie Training Day she gained fame and got positive feedback. It was at this point that her career in acting took off. Her most well-known movies include 2 Fast 2 Furious Hitch Ghost Rider Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans and Holy Motors.
